2091例因动物伤病例狂犬疫苗接种效果分析

目的分析本地区动物伤人的发病情况及观察狂犬疫苗接种的效果。方法依据《广东省2005年狂犬病暴露人群监测方案》和《广东省狂犬病暴露后医学处理工作指引（2001年版）》的规定对2091例动物伤病人进行医学处理，分类统计和发病追踪。结果2091例病人中犬伤1563例占74．8％，年龄以15．44岁为主，占71．6％。伤口部位以上肢为主占55．4％，1951人接种维尔博，140人接种瑞必补尔，接种后观察8个月以上无一例发生狂犬病。结论犬伤病例中81％为宠物犬所伤，是狂犬病暴露的最危险动物，喂狗和主动亲近狗是被宠物犬咬伤的最主要原因，暴露后接种维尔博效果安全可靠。

Survey of 2091 cases hurried by animals and immunized with rabies vaccine

Objective To analyze human injury hurt by animals in this area and analyze the effect of immunization with rabies vaccine. Methods There 2 091 injured patients by animals were medically treated, calculated and traced based on《 Scheme of monitoring of population exposed to rabies in Guangdong,2005） and the （guide od medical treatment of patients exposed to rabies in Guangdong Province （2007 eidition）》. Results Out of the 2 091 cases 1 563 cases （74.8%） were bitten by dogs and 71.6% of them occurred in the age group of from 15 to 44 years. With regard to the sites of injury 55.4% of them were hurt in upper limbs,. There 1 951 cases were inoculated with Weicrbo vaccine and 140 of them were inoculated with Rabipul vaccine. There no rabies cases occurred 8 months or longer after vaccination. Conclusion There 81% of the cases were hurt by pet dogs. Thus dogs are the most dangerous animal of rabies. Feeding and close contact with pet dogs are the main cause of injury. Immunization with Weierbo after exposure is safe and effective.
