低剂量奥氮平联合氟伏沙明治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的：探讨低剂量奥氮平联合氟伏沙明治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效.方法：选择48例精神分裂症患者,随机分成两组,分别给予高剂量奥氮平（15～20mg/d）为对照组和低剂量奥氮平（5～10mg/d）联合氟伏沙明（50mg/d）为研究组,治疗8周.在第1、2、4、8周末进行BPRS及因子分、TESS分的评定,以了解临床疗效及副反应.结果：对照组临床疗效87.5%显效;研究组79.2%.BPRS因子分中,焦虑抑郁分的降低两组比较有显著差异.结论：氟伏沙明可增强奥氮平疗效,并改善精神分裂症伴有的焦虑抑郁症状.

A controlled study on low dosage Olanzapine combined with Fluvoxamine in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective: To study the efficacy of little dosage Olanzapine combined with Fluvoxamine in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods:48 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to two groups.Olanzapine combined with Fluvoxamine(the study group) of 24 patients was treated with 5-10mg/D Olanzapine and 50mg/D Fluvoxamine.Another was treated with 15-20mg/D Olanzapine.The duration of treatment was 8 weeks.The brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) were used to measure the efficacy and side effects.Results: Effects of two groups were similar in treatment and there were no serious side effects.The improvement rate of clinical was 79.2% in study group and 87.5% in another.The factor of Anxiety/Depression in BPRS was significant differences between the two groups.Conclusions: Fluvoxamine can improve the efficacy to Olanzapine and ameliorate symptoms of anxiety and depression in schizophrenia.
