| 摘 要： | 本文介绍8例肢体恶性肿瘤患者,均经股动脉穿刺施行肢体血管造影,并采用局部肿瘤血管抗癌药物灌注法21人次.通过近期随访取得了一定疗效。本文重点对造影方法、药物选择以及有关毒副反应和采取的对策,进行了初步探讨. |

| Abstract: | 8 patients with malignant skeletal tumors were treated with intra-arterial chemotherapy.In each patient,limb arterioangiography was performed with intra-arterial insertion of a catheter percutaneously through femoral artery utilizing the Selding technique under fluoroscopic guidance.A total of 21 times of local infusion of chemotherapeutic agents in the vessels providid tumor supply via femoral artery catheters were administered to the 8 patients.The Recent follow-up study indicates that the intra-arterial che- motherapy of malignant skeletal tumors is an effective and safe method.The limb arterioangiograpy method,selection,side-effects and toxicity of chemo- therapeutic agents,and patients management are illustrated. |
