自噬及其在前列腺癌治疗中的应用

自噬是一种广泛存在于真核细胞内的重要的生理过程。通过分解细胞质等自身成分以维持在营养能量缺乏状态下的细胞代谢平衡以及在代谢应激下清除损伤的细胞器达到细胞存活的目的。近年来,研究发现细胞自噬在前列腺癌的发生、发展、转归中起着重要作用,并为晚期前列腺癌的治疗提供了新颖的思路。本文就细胞自噬及其在前列腺癌治疗中的进展做一综述。

Autophagy and its application in prostate cancer therapy

Autophagy is a significant physiological process which presents widely in the eukaryotic cells.It can maintain the homeostasis and survival during the cells starvation,energy lackness,metabolic stress,etc via degradation of cytoplasm and other components.It is indicated that autophagy principally serves a key role in the progress of prostate cancer（PCa）in recent studies,which may be a novel therapeutic approach to advanced prostate cancer.This review summarizes autophagy and its development in PCa therapy.
