| 摘 要： | 目的评价甘氨双唑钠在中、晚期恶性肿瘤介入治疗中的临床应用价值。方法以患者自身对照，观察单纯介入治疗和介入加甘氨双唑钠两种方案的临床疗效。结果50例中，38例（76．0％）病情得到明显控制，病灶缩小。结论该药能提高肿瘤乏氧细胞对化疗药物的敏感性，从而提高疗效，减轻毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of cmna to treat the malignant tumor at meta-and late stage.Methods The clinical effect of the simply interventional therapy and the interventional therapy with cmna was observed.Results The condition of 38(76.0%) cases in 50 were obviously controlled,and the tumors diminished.Conclusion cmna can increase tumor anoxic cells' sensitivity to chemotherapeutics,and then increase the therapeutic effect and decrease side effect. |
