| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨病毒性脑炎患儿血浆D-二聚体(D-dimer,DD)动态变化及临床意义.方法 应用免疫比浊法定量测定60例病毒性脑炎患儿在病程第1、3、7天外周血液中DD含量变化,并与30例健康儿童进行对照分析.结果 病程第1天患儿血浆DD含量为(0.560±0.174)mg/L,明显高于对照组(P＜0.01),病程第3天DD持续升高为(0.950±0.216)mg/L,第7天趋于下降(0.316±0.153)mg/L.结论 病毒性脑炎患儿早期存在凝血功能障碍,动态检测血浆DD含量变化有助于了解病脑的演变过程,为及早进行临床治疗提供实验依据. |

| Abstract: | objective To study the level changes of the plasma D-dimer ,investigated the clinical significance of blood coagulant function in the disease process in children with virus encephalitis. Methods The concentration of DD in plasma were measured by immuno turbidimetry.Results The plasma levels of DD in children with virus encephalitis increased markedly compared with healthy control group. The concentration of DD synchronized with the disease severity and the process. conclusion In the early stage ,there is coagulation disorder in children with virus encephalitis, the measurement of DD in plasma may be useful to judge the disease severity and process ,and early detect and treat the coagulation disorder. |
