骨质疏松患者椎体后凸成形术的观察与护理

目的 探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床观察与护理措施,防止严重并发症发生.方法 总结2006年1月～2007年7月48例经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效观察及其有效护理措施.结果 48例患者均在术后1～3天内独立站立或搀扶下床行走,疼痛均消失或明显缓解,无神经损伤、脊髓压迫、肺栓塞等并发症.结论 全面细致地观察与护理,对预防并发症的发生是非常重要,是确保手术治疗取得成功的关键.

Postoperation Observing and Nursing of Percutaneous Kyphoplasty

Objective To explore the postoperation observing and nursing of percutane-ous kyphoplasty in osteoporosis patients,to prevent complications.Methods Collecting and analyzing the observing and nursing data of 48 cases of percutaneous kyphoplasty for osteoporosis patients from January 2006 to July 2007.Results All the patients could walk in 3 days after operation,and local pain disappeared or released significantly,without complications as nerve injury,spinal compressing or pulmonary embolism et al.Conclusion Careful nursing was important for complications preventing supplying the support of operation.
