颈椎病经前路手术围手术期护理

目的 探讨颈椎病经前路手术围手术期的护理方法.方法 对2005年1月～2006年7月48例颈椎病经前路手术患者,术前进行心理指导及适应行为训练,术后严密观察生命体征和脊髓神经功能情况,并进行系统的康复训练护理.结果 本组病例均治愈出院,住院期间未出现护理并发症,术后随访6～20个月,脊髓压迫症状均得到缓解,肌力恢复良好.结论 颈椎病经前路手术通过严格执行围手术期护理,可以减少各种并发症的发生,促进患者的康复,是手术成功的重要保证.

Peri-operation Nursing of Cervical Spondylosis by Anterior Approaching

Objective To explore the peri-operation nursing care of cervical spondylosis by anterior approach. Methods From January 2005 to July 2006, 48 cases of cervical spondylosis were performed operation by anterior approach. All the cases were supplied mental guidance and adaptive action training pre-operation, vital sign and neural function were observed carefully post-operation, followed by systemic rehabilitation training. Results All the patients recovered and got through the peri-operation period without nursing complications. Follow up ranged from 6 to 20 months, neural symptoms released and muscle strength recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion Careful peri-operation nursing could reduce the complications of cervical spondylosis by anterior approaching, enhancing rehabilitation. Careful peri-operation nursing was necessary as guarantee.
