血压各参数与高血压并发脑卒中的关系研究

目的研究高血压患者血压各参数与脑卒中的相关性。方法急性脑卒中住院患者98例，按发病前有无高血压病史进行分组。对在7d内的急性脑卒中患者记录患者住院监护血压及24h动态血压。结果脑卒中患者的SBP值与PP值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；同时，在脑卒中患者中高血压患者与非高血压患者的血压各参数差异也有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论脑卒中患者监护血压的升高与高血压病史有关，随脑卒中发病时间延长，血压呈下降趋势。

The blood pressure's parameter of hypertension relate to stroke

Objective To study the factors influencing blood pressure relate to stroke patients. Methods 98 patients who were admitted to the hospital after an acute stroke( within 7 days after onset of disease) were included in the study. The patients office blood pressure were recorded as soon as possible. Results The SBP and PP of stroke patients had obvious discrepancy with comparison. The blood pressure's parameter of hypertension also had obvious discrepancy with non-hypertension. Conclusion The high blood pressure in acute stroke patients is correlated with history of hypertension.The levels of blood pressure trend to decline as time goes on after onset of stroke.
