摘    要:目的了解某铁路辖区德国小蠊对氟虫腈等5种化学杀虫剂的敏感性和致死效果,为防治工作提供理论依据。方法采用WHO推荐的果酱瓶药膜接触法。结果对高效氯氰菊酯抗性系数为2.17,对三氟氯氰菊酯抗性系数为2.87;三氟氯氰菊酯对某铁路辖区野生品系致死效果下降率最大(83.33%),其次为残杀威(46.67%)。结论应充分考虑德国小蠊对化学杀虫剂的抗性问题,要科学、合理地规划,有计划地使用化学杀虫剂,使用前要进行抗性测定。根据本次调查结果,在以后的蟑螂防治中要减少对三氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯的使用频次和使用量,谨慎使用残杀威。

Resistance situation of Blattella germanica to insecticides on a railway region

Abstract:Objective To understand the sensitivity and deadly effect of Blattella germanica to 5 insecticides on a railway region, and provide scientific evidence for preventing and controlling cockroaches. Methods Residual smearing and contacting method recommended by WHO. Results The resistance ratio (RR) of Blattella germanica to beta - cypermethrin and clocythrin were 2.17 and 2.87; the decline rate of deadly effect of clocythrin reached 83.33% , and propoxur was 46.67%. Conclusions The resistance of Blattella germanica to insecticides should be fully considered; insecticides should be used scientifically and rational and measure the resistance before using. According to the investigation results, should reduce the use of fipronil and beta-cypermethrin on the work of preventing and controlling cockroaches, carefully use propoxur.
