摘 要: | 目的及时掌握唐山市丰润区居民户碘盐普及情况,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法依据"全国碘缺乏病监测方案(试行)"和"唐山市居民碘盐监测实施方案"的要求进行抽样和监测。结果2011-2013年共监测888份样品,合格碘盐651份,不合格碘盐196份,非碘盐41份。2011-2013年碘盐覆盖率为95.4%、合格率为76.9%,居民户合格碘盐食用率为73.3%。结论 2011-2013年唐山市丰润区碘盐覆盖率达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准,居民户合格碘盐食用率未达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准,连续3年市场上均有非碘盐的供应,因此要加强盐业市场管理,加大碘缺乏病防治知识的宣传力度、指导居民科学食用碘盐,食盐加碘的措施必须长期坚持,这样才能实现可持续消除碘缺乏病的目标。

Abstract: | Objective Grasp the household iodized salt coverage of Fengrun district in Tangshan city, to provide the basis for targeted prevention measures timely, and conduct scientific intervention strategies. Methods Based on the requirements of National monitoring program on iodine deficiency disorders (trial) and Tangshan residents iodized salt monitoring implementation program, to conduct sampling and monitoring. Results Total 888 samples were monitored during 2011 -2013, 651 qualified iodized salt samples, 196 samples not quali- fied, 41 non -iodized salt samples. Iodized salt coverage was 95.4% yearly during 2011 -2013, 76.9% qualification rate; qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 73.3% for households. Conclusions Iodine salt coverage in Fengrun district during 2011 -2013 reached national iodine lack disease elimination standard, res- idents households qualified iodine salt edible rate didnl reach national iodine lack disease elimination stand- ard, there were supply of non - iodine salt in the market for 3 years continuously, therefore to strengthen salt market management is necessary, to increase the intensity of iodine lack disease control knowledge publicity, guide residents to take edible iodine salt scientifically, the measures of salt plus iodine must be long - term in- sisted, to achieve the target of elimination iodine lack disease continually. |
