| 摘 要： | 目的对百合科藜芦属植物兴安藜芦乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分进行研究。方法采用柱色谱分离,通过理化和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从其乙酸乙酯部位分离得到6个化合物,经理化与波谱分析鉴定,分别为veramitaline (Ⅰ),计明碱(Ⅱ),藜芦托素(Ⅲ),伪介芬胺(Ⅳ),白藜芦醇苷(Ⅴ),mulberroside A(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅱ,Ⅳ～Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分得,其中化合物Ⅵ是首次从该属植物中分得。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of acetyl acetate extracted fraction from Veratrum dahuricum. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and polyamide column chromatography and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and identified as veramitaline(Ⅰ),germine(Ⅱ),veratrosine(Ⅲ),pseudojervine(Ⅳ) piceid(Ⅴ),mulberroside A(Ⅵ).CONCLUSION CompoundⅠ-ⅡandⅣ-Ⅵare isolated from V.dahuricum for the first time,and compoundⅥis firstly obtained from this genus. |
