唑来膦酸联合化疗对肺癌骨转移患者细胞因子的影响

目的观察唑来膦酸治疗非小细胞肺癌多发性骨转移的疗效及白细胞介素6(IL-6)和TNF-α的变化。方法将36例肺癌骨转移患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组予化疗合唑来膦酸治疗,对照组单纯化疗。结果治疗组患者止痛总有效率78%,对照组止痛总有效率33%。2组止痛有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);且治疗组活动能力改善情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清钙、TNF-α及IL-6明显下降(P均<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸联合化疗用于肺癌骨转移可减轻骨损害,降低IL-6和TNF-α水平,缓解骨痛。

Effect of zoledronic acid combining to chemotherapy to the cell factor of lung cancer with multiple bone metastases

Objective It is to observe the effect and the change of IL-6 and TNFα with the treatment of zoledronic acid in the patients of non-small cell lung cancer with multiple bone metastases.Methods 36 patients of non-small cell lung cancer with multiple bone metastases were randomized divided into two groups: therapy group(zoledronic acid and chemotherapy) and control group(chemotherapy alone).The changes of the IL-6 and TNF-α were compared in two groups.Results The total effective rates of alleviate pain was 78% and 33% in the therapy and control group respectively,and there was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).The effect of improve locomotor activity in the therapy group was better than the control group(P<0.05).And the level of IL-6 and TNF-α in serum could reduce after treatment in therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic acid combining to chemotherapy could relieve the damage of bone and decline the level of IL-6 and TNF-α,which could effectively release bone pain.
