| 摘 要： | 目的：观察柔脉冲剂的急性和长期毒性反应。方法：采用小白鼠最大耐受量测定法和大鼠长期毒性试验进行研究。结果：柔脉冲剂对小鼠灌胃给药的LD50〉201．5克（生药）／kg;大鼠长期毒性试验对动物一般行为活动、体重增长、外周血象、肝肾功能和病理组织学检查与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：柔脉冲剂临床剂量口服安全、无毒。

| Abstract: | Objective： To abserve acute toxicity as well as long-term toxicity of Roumai Chongji on rats. Method： Maximum endurance doses were determined. Results： LD50 of Ronmaichongji,given orally, was more than 200g （crude drug）/kg,and there was no obvious long-term toxicity on the general conditions,Peripheral blood picture, Function of liver and kidney, and histology in rats.Conclusion： No evident toxicity was found,and its clinical use is safe. |
