摘    要:目的研究全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的影响。方法采用MTT法观察和比较MCF-7细胞在ATRA不同浓度和作用时间下的增殖能力。结果ATRA作用浓度为1μmol/L时,第3、6、9d的光吸收值均与对照组有显著差异(P<0.01),其中又以第6d时ATRA对MCF-7细胞增殖的抑制作用最明显。结论ATRA对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞具有增殖抑制作用,且这种作用具有剂量和时间依赖性。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on proliferation of breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Methods The proliferation of MCF-7 cells under ATRA of different doses and interfering periods was observed and compared by MTT. Results The OD value of the experiment group 3, 6, 9 d after inoculation was significantly variable compared to that of the control group. The inhibiting effect of ATRA on the proliferation of MCF-7 cells was most apparent at 6 d after inoculation. Conclusion ATRA has inhibiting effect on the proliferation of MCF-7 cells, and this effect is dose and time dependent.
