2型糖尿病危险因素的病例对照研究

目的探讨2型糖尿病的危险因素,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法将203例确诊的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,1∶1配对进行病例对照研究。通过条件Logistic回归分析筛选主要危险因素。结果糖尿病家族史（OR=3.540）、高血脂（OR=3.420）、工作紧张度（OR=3.174）、腰臀比（OR=2.173）、高血压史（OR=2.033）、嗜甜食（OR=1.751）是2型糖尿病的主要危险因素。结论 2型糖尿病与遗传等因素有关,针对高危人群应采取合理膳食、保持良好心理状态、控制体重和血压等综合干预措施。

A case-control study on risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To assess the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus and offer the bases of making intervention measures.Methods A 1∶1 matched case-control study was performed in 203 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus.And the main risk factors were screened out with conditional Logistic regression.Results The results showed that family history of diabetes mellitus（OR=3.540）,hyperlipemia（OR=3.420）,work stress（OR=3.174）,waist-to-hip ratio（OR=2.173）,hypertension history（OR=2.033） and preference for sweet food（OR=1.751） were significantly associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusions Type 2 diabetes has relations with the family history and other 4 factors.For all communities,taking integrated intervention measures of moderate reasonable diet,maintenance of good psychological condition,control of weight and high blood pressure is an important way to prevent type 2 diabetes mellitus.
