| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲亢患者血脂和总蛋白的变化与甲状腺激素的关系及临床意义。方法用免疫化学发光技术检测71例患者和32例健康对照组血清游离T3(FT3)、游离T4(FT4),以生化仪检测甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TCH)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和总蛋白的含量。结果甲亢患者血脂含量明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),与FT3、FT4呈反比关系。总蛋白含量也明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),其变化与FT3、FT4浓度有关。结论甲亢患者血脂和总蛋白明显降低,且可作为判断甲亢病情和疗效的指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between TG,TCH,HDL C total protein and thyroid hormone in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods FT3,FT4 were determined by immunoassay system in 71 patients with hyperthyroidism and 32 healthy controls.TG,TCH,HDL C and total protein were determined at the same time.Results FT3,FT4 increased(P<0^01)and TG,TCH,HDL C total protein decreased(P<0^01)in patients with hyperthyroidism as compared to the controls.The reduced degree of TG,TCH and total protein was in positive correlation with the raised degree of FT3 and FT4 content.Conclusion The reduced degree of TG,TCH and total protein may be of value to the prediction of the disease condition and effect of therapy. |
