社区医生对150例高血压患者的干预作用分析

目的实施社区医生对高血压病管理的研究和疗效观察，改进治疗和管理方法，探讨容易发生心脑血管意外的因素。方法对150例社区高血压患者由社区医生进行分级和危险因素分层，建立个人健康档案，开展健康教育，进行心理干预，动态管理。结果150例高血压患者中121例血压控制达标，达标率82％；平均收缩压下降11．24mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），平均舒张压下降6．38mmHg，经统计学分析差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。吸烟、大量饮酒、少体力活动、高盐、高脂饮食的比例明显下降。结论社区医生在社区管理控制社区高血压患者中具有简单、方便、低成本、高效率的优势。健康教育是提高其生活质量，预防心脑血管事件发生的有效措施之一，符合了我国“预防为主”的国策，达到发展社区医疗服务，充实社区防治高血压病的内涵的目的，为社区医生今后在高血压病的进一步防治研究及提高患者的生活质量做好准备。

The Effect of Hypertension Administration by Community Doctor

Objective To research and observe the effect of hypertension administration by community doctor, to improve the therapy and administration method,to discuss the factors which cause the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Methods 150 cases of community hypertension patients were indenfified by Community doctors according to different classification and risk level,their identical health data were recorded in files, health education , mentality intervene and dynamic administration were processed. Results 82% （ 121 patients of 150 community hypertension patients） had reached the set target of blood pressure control. Average systolic pressures dropped by 11.24 mm Hg, average diastolic pressure dropped by 6.38 mm Hg. There were sig- nificant differences between the methods （ P 〈 0.05 ） through the ANOVA analysis. The percentage of smoke, bibulosity, lack of physical exercise, high salt, high fat were obviously reduced. Conclusion Community doctors were much more convenient, price reasonable and efficiency in controlling the blood pressure of community hypertension patients. Health education was one of the efficient fact of improving patients living quality and preventing from cardio-cerebrovaseular disease. According to the state policy ＂prevention first＂, Community doctors can do much more in developing the community medical service,enriching the intension of preventing hypertension.
