| 摘 要： | 目的 了解孕妇学校的健康教育对分娩途径有无影响。方法 采取回顾性调查方法对1288例产妇进行调查,将孕妇学校来源的产妇列为实验组,非孕妇学校来源的产妇列为对照组,对产妇分娩方式、有无剖宫产指征及剖宫产原因进行调查。结果 实验组的剖宫产率明显低于对照组,无剖宫产指征而行剖宫产者实验组明显低于对照组。结论 孕妇学校的孕产期知识教育可以影响产妇的自我行为,达到降低剖宫产率、减少医疗资源浪费的目的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of health education in pregnancy school on pregnancy women. Method Investigated retrospectively 1288 pregnancy women. Divided them into two groups: experimental group consisted of pregnancy women who attended pregnancy school, and control group consisted of those who didn t attend pregnancy school. Researched their delivery pattern, cesarean section and the causes. Result The cesarean section rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group. Pregnancy women who received cesarean section without indication in experimental group were less than those in control group. Conclusion Health education in pregnancy school can influence pregnancy women' s behavior and decrease cesarean section rate and reduce the waste of medical resources. |
