| Abstract: | Aimed at the difficulties in developments of journals of regular institutions in our country, preliminary analysis and discussion were made on the object locations and development approaches. To achieve competitive developments of journals of regular institutions, the object locations must be well defined, the sense of creation must be fostered, and the quality control must be enhanced. |
