| 摘 要： | 目的 探求更加完善的治疗环状混合痔的手术方法。方法 采用改良分段结扎术治疗环状混合痔 97例。结果 一次性手术痊愈 92例 (94 8% ) ,好转 5例 (5 2 % )。结论 采用改良分段结扎术治疗环状混合痔可避免残留痔组织造成复发和肛门不平 ,同时还可避免环切术导致的后遗症 ,如肛门潮湿、肛门狭窄及感觉性肛门失禁等。随防 2年 ,无任何并发症和后遗症。

| Abstract: | Objective To search a better surgical method in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoid. Methods The improved segmented ligation was performed in 97 patients. Results 92 patients recovery (94.8%) and 5 patients become better (5.2%). Conclusion The improved segmented ligation was performed, which made the anus smooth, avoiding residual hemorrhoids and the sequels such as anal moisture, anal stenosis, sensible fecal incontinence, etc. caused by circular resection. The 2-years follow-up showed that there was not any complication or sequel. |
