超声引导下导丝置入术在乳腺小病灶定位中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨超声引导下导丝置入术在乳腺小病灶术前定位中的操作方法及应用价值。方法选择80个超声探及但临床未触及、钼靶未检出的乳腺小病灶,在高频超声引导下将乳腺定位导丝置入乳腺小病灶内部,供临床依据导丝位置将其切除并进行病理学检查。对照术中所见及病理结果,分析超声引导下导丝置入术对乳腺小病灶定位的准确性。结果依据导丝定位,80个乳腺小病灶均被找到并切除,导丝一次定位准确率为98.75%(79/80),二次定位准确率为100%(80/80)。结论超声引导下导丝置入术对于乳腺小病灶、尤其是临床不可触及、钼靶不能检出的小病灶定位准确,安全方便,具有重要临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the skills and application value of ultrasound-guided wire insertion in the location of small breast lesions. Methods Totally 80 non-palpable and mammography-negative breast lesions were found in 71 patients with high-frequency ultrasound. The guide-wire insertion was performed under ultrasound guidance, and then the lesions were excised by operation. Pathology diagnosis was obtained, and the accuracy rate of ultrasound-guided guide-wire insertion was analyzed. Results All 80 lesions were found and excised according to the guide-wire, and the accuracy rate of the first time insertion was 98.75% (79/80), of the second time was 100% (80/80). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided guide-wire insertion is accurate, safe and convenient in locating small breast lesions, and has important clinical value, especially to the non-palpable and mammography-negative lesions.
