山区育龄妇女生殖道感染相关行为调查

目的　调查山区妇女生殖道感染相关行为现状 ,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法　采用分层 -整群抽样方法抽取山区妇女 1 3 2 9人 ,逐人进行问卷调查。结果　 1 2 1 %的妇女从来不洗或很少洗下身。 44 7%的妇女与别人合用洗下身的盆 ,63 4%的人洗脚和洗下身的盆不分开 ;采用节育环避孕占 3 4 9% ,使用避孕套的仅 4 5 6%。 2 0 3 %的妇女接受过手术流产。 0 8%的妇女承认自己有外遇 ,1 1 %的妇女认为丈夫有外遇。有症状妇女的就诊率为 3 7 9%。结论　山区妇女存在生殖道感染相关危险行为 ,通过健康教育改变危险行为是重要的防治措施。

Reproductive Tract Infection-related Behaviors of Women in Mountainous Areas

Objective To investigate the reproductive tract infection-related behaviors of women in mountainous areas. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1329 married women with an average age of 36.7 years. 94.5% engaged in agriculture, and 4.8% of them employed in towns for more than 6 months and 4.5% of them employed in towns throughout the year, in mountainous areas of Yixian County and Fuping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province by stratified cluster sampling. Results Only 36.7% of the respondents washed their private parts everyday, 12.2% never washed their private parts. 44.7% of the respondents shared the basin used to wash their private parts with others, 63.4% of them wash the feet and the private part in the same basin. 34.90% of them used intrauterine device for contraception, and only 4.56% of them used condom. 20.3% of them had undergone artificial abortion, and 5.0% of them had undergone induced labor. 0.8% of them confessed that they had extramarital sex within the past 3 months. 70.38% of them had one or more symptoms of RTI of which 37.9% had visited doctors. Conclusion Most of the women in mountainous areas lack healthy behavior related to RTI . The condom use rate is rather low. Relevant health education is needed.
