颅内原发性恶性淋巴瘤10例临床分析

目的 提高对颅内原发性恶性淋巴瘤的认识。方法回顾性分析10例经手术和病理证实的颅内原发性恶性淋巴瘤的临床资料。结果10例肿瘤均位于幕上，单发6例，多发4例，手术前误诊7例。肿瘤多位于脑室旁的深部白质。影像学表现与某些中枢神经系统病变有类似重叠之处。术前诊断困难，确诊依靠手术及病理检查。结论颅内原发性恶性淋巴瘤临床和影像学缺乏特异性表现，早期诊断困难。病理检查是确诊本病的唯一手段。早期手术配合放疗、化疗是延长患者生存期的关键。

Clinical analysis of 10 cases with intracranial primary malignant lymphomas

Objective To make a further understanding of the intracranial primary malignant lymphoma (IPML). Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with IPML proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Rusults IPML presented a single lesion in 6 case, multiple lesions in 4 cases and preoperative misdiagnosis in 7 cases. All of them were within cerebral hemisphares. Most of the lesions deposit within the subcortical white matter and often close to the ventricles. The IPML had the similar iconography as other intracranial mass lesions,it had some difficulty in confirming this disorder,its diagnosis was dependent on the operation and pathology. Conclusions The patiens of IPML usually did not show characteristic clinical manifestations or findings by imaging scaning. The pathological examination might be the reliable method to confirm this disorder. Early operation combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy could properly prolong survival time in the patients with IPML.
