| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨了慢性丙型肝炎患者血浆内毒素和血清甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)水平的变化及意义.方法:应用鲎试验和酶联法对31例慢性丙型肝炎患者进行了血浆内毒素和血清MBL测定,并与35名正常健康人作比较.结果:慢性丙型肝炎患者血浆内毒素和血清MBL水平均非常显著地高于正常人水平(P<0.01),且内毒素水平与MBL呈正相关... |
