太子参等3种中药材中铜、铅、砷、汞、镉含量的分析研究

摘    要:目的:建立太子参等3种药材中铜、铅、砷、汞、镉含量测定方法。方法:根据元素特性选择不同消解方法,采用火焰法测定Cu的含量,石墨炉法测定Pb、Cd的含量,结合氢化物发生器测定As、Hg的含量,土壤采用送外检的方式,追溯其生长环境对中药材中重金属含量的影响。结果:以太子参药材建立的方法稳定,精密度Cu为0.30%,Pb为5.30%,Hg为1.60%,Cd为2.90%,As为1.80%;回收率Cu为98.00%(RSD=1.60%),Pb为90.00%(RSD=1.20%),As为83.00%(RSD=1.20%),Hg为93.00%(RSD=3.60%),Cd为90.00%(RSD=3.60%),同时药材生长的土壤对其重金属残留量有一定的影响。结论:本文为该类药材中Cu、Pb、As、Hg、Cd的含量测定提供了可靠的检测方法,为其质量标准的制订提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of Cu,Pb,As,Hg and Cd in Taizishen and the other two kinds of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods:According to two law element of choice of different dry and wet digestion herbs,using the flame method with Cu content measured,measuring Pb,Cd content by graphite furnace method,combined with hydride generator determined As,Hg content,using the soil to send external review of the way,back the growth of heavy metals in soil on the content of Chinese herbal medicines. Results:Heterophylla medicinal methods in order to establish a stable,precision for Cu is 0.30%,Pb is 5.30%,As is 1.80%,Hg is 1.60%,Cd is 2.90% and the recovery for Cu is 98.00% (RSD=1.60%),Pb is 90.00% (RSD=1.20%),As is 83.00% (RSD=1.20%),Hg is 93.00% (RSD=3.60%),Cd is 90.00% (RSD=3.60%),while the growth of medicinal residues in soil,heavy metals have a certain impact. Conclusion:This type of medicine content determination for the Cu,Pb,As,Hg,Cd provide a reliable detection method for the development of quality standards provide a scientific basis.
