中西医结合治疗脑梗塞60例临床观察

目的]观察中西医结合治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法]将120例脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组以西医扩血管、对症及脑血管活化剂等治疗,有脑水肿表现者加用降颅压药物。治疗组在对照组的基础上加服中药及中医特色治疗。结果]治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为75.0%。两组总有效率比较,差别有显著的意义(P<0.05)。结论]中西医结合治疗脑梗塞较单纯西医治疗疗效显著。

Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Cerebral Infarction in 60 Patients

Objective ] Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods] 120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Western vasodilator control group, and symptomatic treatment of cerebral activation agent, who has cerebral e- dema increases with decreasing intracranial pressure medication. Treatment group were based on the added services of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine treatment characteristics. Results ] The total effective rate was 90.0% , 75.0% in control group. The total effective rate of comparison, there are obvious differences were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction compared with medical therapy alone significant effect.
