| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用斜形带蒂包皮皮瓣Ⅰ期修复尿道下裂的疗效。方法尿道下裂患儿25例，其中阴茎体型20例，冠状沟型5例。均采取斜形带蒂包皮皮瓣行Ⅰ期尿道成形术。结果3例发生尿瘘，1例发生尿道狭窄。结论应用斜形带蒂包皮皮瓣具有皮瓣血供丰富，成功率较高，并发症少，手术成形效果好等优点，特别适合于冠状沟型及阴茎体型尿道下裂。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To assesse effects of urethroplasty with oblique preputial pedicled skin flap for treatment of hypospadia.Methods 25 patients were performed with urethroplasty with oblique preputialpedicled skin flap.The type of pents is 20 cases,coronal ditch is 5 cases.They were treated by one stage urethroplasty with oblique preputial pedicled skin flap.Results Out of 25 cases,they showed satisfied appearance.Incidence of complication was 15%,including 3 cases of urinary fistula,1 examples of urethral strictur... |
