Efficacy of Tiggio Combined with Oxaliplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer in the Elderly and Its Effect on the Expression of FOXP1 and Ki67 in Tissues

Objective To explore the efficacy of Tiggio combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer in the elderly and its effect on the expression of FOXP1 and Ki67 in tissues.Methods 76 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=38) and the observation group(n=38).Patients in the observation group were treated with ticgio and oxaliplatin, and patients in the control group were treated with capecitabine and oxaliplatin.The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, tumor marker levels and the levels of FOXP1 and Ki67 in the tissues were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment, the remission rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);during treatment, the probability of vomiting and diarrhea in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the other differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no difference in the levels of each index between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, serum MMP-9,MMP-2,CA125 and CEA in the control group and the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The index of the group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05);the expression levels of FOXP1 and Ki67 in the tissues of the patients before treatment were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment, the low expression rate of FOXP1 in the tissues of the observation group and the control group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the low expression rate of FOXP1 in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05),and the high expression rate of Ki67 in the tissues of the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiggio combined with oxaliplatin has a certain effect on elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer, and can reduce the expression levels of FOXP1 and Ki67.
