To Observe the Effect of Family Rehabilitation Intervention Combined with Music Relaxation Therapy on Psychological and Sleep Quality of Patients with Depression

Objective:To observe the effect of family rehabilitation intervention combined with music relaxation therapy on psychological and sleep quality of patients with depression.Methods:A total of 80 patients with depression admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Xinhui District,Jiangmen City from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was given family rehabilitation intervention combined with music relaxation therapy.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality between the 2 groups before and after intervention.Hamilton Anxiely Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale were used to compare the changes of depression and anxiety between2 groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,PSQI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and HAMA、HAMD score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Family rehabilitation intervention combined with music relaxation therapy can improve the sleep quality of patients with depression,and improve their psychological state of anxiety and depression.
