Study on application of Naloxone in emergency treatment of critical medical patients

Objective:To explore the application value of naloxone in the rescue of critical medical patients.Methods:The study samples were selected from 88 critically ill medical patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020.They were given different treatment plans respectively.The control group was given conventional medical treatment plan(44 cases),and the observation group was given conventional medical treatment combined with naloxone(44 cases),and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The length of stay in the observation group was(8.36±1.29)d,and that in the control group was(11.62±1.24)d,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The mortality of observation group was 6.8%(3/44),and that of control group was 25.0%(11/44),with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was(10.36±2.10)h for alcoholism,(1.75±0.37)h for respiratory failure,(13.51±2.06)h for cerebral infarction,and(7.52±1.25)h for renal dysfunction.In the control group,the recovery time was(13.74±2.62)h for alcoholism,(2.73±0.36)h for respiratory failure,(15.75±2.33)h for cerebral infarction,and(10.94±1.37)h for renal dysfunction,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of naloxone in the rescue of critically ill patients in clinical medicine can significantly improve its rehabilitation effect,improve various diseases and symptoms of patients,and further improve its rehabilitation speed,which is an effective clinical treatment plan and worthy of application.
