To Observe The Effect of Standardized Health Care Education on Sleep Quality of Fever Outpatients

Objective:To observe the effect of standardized health care education on sleep quality of fever out-patients.Methods:A total of 100 outpatients with fever admitted to Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given standardized health care education.The degree of health knowledge before and after intervention was compared between the two groups by self-made scale and the Sleep Quality of the two groups was compared by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before and after intervention.Results:Before intervention,health knowledge score and PSQI score between 2 groups were no statistical significance in(Ps>0.05).After intervention,the score of health knowledge mastery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized health care propaganda and education for patients with fever outpatients can achieve better results and is worthy of clinical application.
