The Effect of Sleep Nursing and Psychological Intervention on the Sleep Quality of Patients with Chronic Nephritis

Objective:Explore the effects of sleep nursing and psychological intervention on the sleep quality of patients with chronic nephritis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic nephritis admitted to Shaxian General Hospital from August 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given sleep nursing and psychological intervention on this basis.Both groups were given continuous intervention for 20 days.The differences of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.The difference of quality of life before and after nursing was compared between two groups.Results:Compared with before nursing,daytime function,sleep latency,hypnotic drugs,sleep disorders,sleep efficiency,sleep time and sleep quality scores were significantly decreased in the two groups after nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with before nursing,the quality of life scores of patients in the two groups increased after nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sleep nursing and psychological intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
