南苦苣菜生药学鉴别研究

目的通过对南苦苣菜的生药学研究,为南苦苣菜的开发利用、质量标准的制定及生药学方面的鉴别研究提供依据。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别的方法进行研究。结果南苦苣菜药材叶具翼柄,展平后呈匙形、长椭圆形,不裂。在显微结构中乳汁管多见于韧皮部;根中可见菊糖。甲醇超声提取,乙酸乙酯萃取,石油醚-丙酮(5∶1)展开,吹干后于日光下检视,可见4个斑点。结论性状、显微、理化特征明显,研究结果可作为南苦苣菜生药质量标准制定的依据。

Identification of the Biopharmaceuticals of Sonchus lingianus Shih

OBJECTIVE To provide a basis for the development and utilization of Sonchus lingianus Shih,the formulation of quality standards and the identification of pharmacology in the field of pharmacology.METHODS The methods of trait identification,microscopic identification and physical and chemical identification were studied.RESULTS The leaves of the Sonchus lingianus Shih have wing stalks,which are spatulated and long oval after flattening.In the microstructure,the laticifers are more common in the phloem;in the root,inulins are visible.Methanol was extracted by ultrasonication,extracted with ethyl acetate,and petroleum ether-acetone(5∶1)was developed.After drying,it was examined under sunlight,and four spots were observed.CONCLUSION The traits,microscopic and physical and chemical characteristics are obvious.The research results can be used as the basis for the development of the quality standards of the Sonchus lingianus Shih.
