可乐定对梭曼中毒动态过程的影响

摘    要:
用ChE组织化学结合图像分析技术,探讨了可乐定对梭曼中毒动态过程的影响。结果可乐定对梭曼抑制ChE的最大抑制程度没有作用,而显著地降低了ChE抑制速率。脑组织的皮质和延脑区域ChE动态抑制过程受可乐定影响明显,而底节影响较轻,说明梭曼中毒的毒性表现主要由脑皮质和延脑ChE抑制所致。

Abstract:
Cholinesterase histochemis-try combined with the technique of image analysis was used to investigate the effects of clo-nidine,a centrally active alpha-2 adrenergic agonist,on the kinetic course of soman poisoning.The results showed that clonidine didn't affect maximal extent of ChE inhibition by soman,but greatly reduced inhibition rate.The kinetic process of ChE inhibition in cortexand medulla oblongata was strikingly modified,but much more mildly in basal ganglion.This probably suggests that soman toxicity is due mainly to its inhibition of ChE in cortex and medulla cblongata.
