| 银质针松解法治疗髌下脂肪垫劳损20例 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的提高对髌下脂肪垫劳损的认识和银质针松解法的应用推广。方法 20例均采用银质针松解进行治疗。结果痊愈14例,好转5例,无效1例,总有效率95%;6个月随访,结果痊愈12例,好转6例,无效2例,总有效率90%。结论银质针松解术治疗髌下脂肪垫损伤有显著疗效,并且经济实用,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of sliver needle release to 20 cases for infrapatellar fat pad strain.Method 20 cases were treated by sliver needle release.Result clinical observation of 20 cases,14 cases cured,improved 5 cases,1 case invalid,the rate of effect is 95%.After 6-month follow-up for 20 cases,12 cases cured,improved 6 cases,2 case invalid,the rate of effect is 90%.Conclusion sliver needle release treatment for infrapatellar fat pad strain is effective,economical and practical,non-invasi... |
