藿香正气胶囊联合谷维素治疗功能性消化不良

目的探讨藿香正气胶囊联合谷维素治疗功能性消化不良(functionaldyspepsia,FD)的临床疗效。方法将92例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组,对照组45例,给予奥美拉唑20mg,1次/d,多潘立酮10mg,3次/d,治疗组47例,在对照组治疗的基础上给予藿香正气胶囊每次4粒,2次/d,谷维素50mg,3次/d,均餐前半小时服用;4周为1个疗程。结果治疗组显效36例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率89.4%;对照组显效24例,有效7例,无效14例,总有效率68.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论研究结果提示,藿香正气胶囊联合谷维素治疗功能性消化不良较服用奥美拉唑和多潘立酮疗效更显著。

Clinical Observation of Functional Dyspepsia Treated with Huo Hsiang Cheng Chi Capsule and Oryzanol

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of functional dyspepsia treated with Huo hsiang cheng chicapsule and oryzanol. Methods 92 cases were divided into two grous randomly.The control group contained 45 cases which were received Omeprazole and domperidone treatment. The treeatment group contained 47 cases which were received Huo hsiang cheng chi capsule,oryzanol,Omeprazole and domperidone treatment. Resules The treatment group：the obvious effective was 36 cases, the effective was 6 cases, the ineffeetive was 5 cases, the total effective rate was 89.4%. The control group：the obvious effective was 24 cases, the effective was 7 cases, the ineffective was 14 cases, the total effcvtive rate was 68.9%. There were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Condusinn The reserch suggests that the effective is more significant for the cases who receive Huo hsiang chang chi capsule,oryzanol.Omeprazole and domperidone treatemnt than that of the cases who receive Omeprazole and domperidone treatment.
