纳洛酮治疗镇静催眠药中毒的临床观察

目的探讨纳洛酮治疗镇静催眠药急性中毒的疗效。方法对照组52例采用常规治疗,治疗组56例在常规治疗基础上,轻度中毒者给予纳洛酮0.4mg静推,每日2次;中度中毒者给予纳洛酮0.4mg静推,每日4次;重度中毒者给予纳洛酮0.8mg静推后,将8mg纳洛酮加入500mL液体中静滴。结果催醒时间治疗组平均为8.71h,显效率为94.6%,对照组平均为10.11h,显效率为82.7%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论纳洛酮治疗镇静催眠药急性中毒,疗效显著,安全可靠,可做为抢救镇静催眠类药物中毒的首选药物。

Clinical observation of naloxone treatment on acute poisoning induced by sedative-hypnotics

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of naloxone treatment on acute poisoning induced by sedative-hypnotics.Methods Control group (52 cases) used routine therapy;Treatment group( 56 cases) with mild poisoning was given naloxone 0.4 mg,twice a day,moderate poisoning was given naloxone 0.4 mg 4 times a day and severe poisoning was given naloxone 0.8 mg,then 8mg naloxone was added into 500 mL fluids and dripped intravenously.Results Average wake-up time of the treatment group was 8.71 h,and its efficacy was 94.6%.Average wake-up time of control group was 10.11 h and its efficacy was 82.7%.There was obvious difference between the two groups.(P<0.01).Conclusion Naloxone is effective,safe and reliable on treating acute sedative-hypnotics poisoning and can be used as sedative and hypnotic poisoning rescue drugs of first choice.
