甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍强化治疗2型糖尿病60例临床观察

目的：观察甘清胰岛素联合二甲双胍强化治疗在2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：对60例2型糖尿病患者,使用二甲双胍缓释片850mg早餐时口服加睡前10点钟皮下注射甘精胰岛素。抽取静脉血测定空腹血糖（FPG）及早餐后2h血糖（2hPG）,免疫比浊法测定糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）比较治疗前后上述变化。结果：本组患者FPG从治疗前（14.5±2.0）mmol/L下降至（7.2±0.7）mmol/L,治疗3个月后仍保持在（6.0±0.3）mmol/L。2hPG从治疗前（16.8±2.8）mmol/L下降至（9.2±0.5）mmol/L,在治疗3个月后保持为（7.6±0.3）mmol/L FPG和2hPG与治疗前比较,均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。治疗3个月后,HbA1c从治疗前（10.3±0.6）%下降至（6.5±0.5）%,与治疗前比较,有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论：甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍缓释片强化治疗在短时间内达到血糖控制标准,疗效确切。

Application of intensification therapy with insulin glargine and Metformin for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus:A report of 60 cases

Objective To observe the effects of intensification therapy with insulin glargine and Metformin for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method Total 60 diabetic patients were treated by insulin glargine(subcutaneous injected at 10:00 pm) and Metformin(850mg,qd po).Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial glucose(2hPG) and glycosylated henoglobinA1c(GHbA1c) were tested before and after insulin therapy.ResultsAfter therapy,FPG of patients reduced from(14.5±2.0)mmol/L to(7.2±0.7)mmol/L(P<0.01),and maintained at(6.0±0.3)mmol/L in 3 months′ follow-up.2hPG reduced from(16.8±2.8)mmol/L to(9.2±0.5)mmol/L(P<0.01),and maintained at(7.6±0.3)mmol/L in 3 months′ follow-up.After 3 months,HbA1c reduced from(10.3±0.6)% to(6.5±0.5)%(P<0.01).ConclusionIntensification therapy with insulin glargine and Metformin can reach controlling standard and excellent curative effect in short-term.
