| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗上尿路结石的方法和临床疗效。方法应用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗上尿路结石136例。结果136例患者,93例一期取净结石,38例需要二期取石,5例肾盏内有小结石残留,经体外冲击波碎石治愈。结论微创经皮肾穿刺取石术疗效好、创伤小,可作为治疗肾、输尿管上段结石的一种常用治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the availability and clinical outcome of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)in treating upper urinary calculi. Methods A total of 136 patients suffering from upper urinary calculi who were treated with MPCNL. Results Of 136 cases, one-stage stone free was achieved in 93 cases, second -look was needed in 38 cases. 5 cases were cured by ESWL after MPCNL. Conclusion MPCNL is regarded as a minimal invasive and good effective method for treatmenting renal or upper ureteral stones |
