目的:为了更好地开展工作,确保临床医学工程专业人员做好技术保障和管理,探讨了医院临床医学工程人才知识结构构成。方法:基于临床医学工程专业人才所具备的知识结构必须适应医院这个特殊对象,结合临床展开的科研创新和相关的教学工作,将临床医学工程专业人才必备的知识总体分为基础知识、相关知识和专业知识3类,并将必须掌握的知识内容进行经验上的区别。结果:基础知识应当成为从事临床医学工程专业的人员必须了解掌握的知识。相关知识的掌握,更有利于临床医学工程人员在医院从事的专业工作。而专业知识的了解,能使临床医学工程技术人员在专业内部侧重于掌握某个方面的重点知识。结论:从事临床医学工程工作的人才知识结构的要求往往超出现有学校专业分类知识学习的范畴,必须在原有院校专业知识学习的基础上进行再学习、再拓展、再充实,这样才能更好地适应医院临床医学工程专业工作。

Discussion on knowledge structure of hospital clinical engineering personnel

Objective To explore the knowledge structure of the hospital clinical engineering personnel for effective technical support and management. Methods The knowledge of the clinical engineering personnel fell into basis section,related section and professional section. Results Basic knowledge was necessary for the personnel, related knowledge facilitated the performance of the personnel in the hospital, and professional knowledge showed the progress of the personnel in the field. Conclusion Hospital clinical engineering personnel has to gain knowledge after graduating from the school to work in the hospital.
