| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肩髃穴治疗外踝关节扭伤的增效作用。方法:将73例外踝关节扭伤患者随机分为治疗组(40例)与对照组(33例)。治疗组采用肩髃穴针刺和局部穴位电磁疗,对照组仅采用局部穴位电磁疗。结果:本组资料中,治疗组治愈率为67.4%,总有效率为91.3%;对照组治愈率为36.4%,总有效率为69.7%。两组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:针刺肩髃穴对外踝关节扭伤有较好疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the auxiliary function of puncturing Jianyu（LI 15） on sprain of exeternal ankle joint.Methods： Seventy-nine cases of sprain of external ankle joint were randomly divided into treatment group（n=46） and control group（n=33）.The treatment group was treated by puncturing Jianyu（LI 15） and electro-magnetic therapy at local points,while the control group was treated with localized electro-magnetic therapy.Results： The cured rate and the total effective rate were 67.4% and 91.3% in the treatment group,and 36.4% and 69.7% in the control group,respectively,with a significant difference between the two（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture at Jianyu（LI 15） is effective on sprain of the external ankle joint. |
