脑电生物反馈治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍临床疗效

摘    要:目的 探讨脑电生物反馈治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)临床疗效.方法 对30名确诊为ADHD的儿童进行视听整合连续测试(IVA-CPT),根据综合注意力商数和综合控制商数得分分型后给予脑电生物反馈治疗,并将治疗前后所得商数得分进行对比.结果 30例ADHD儿童进行脑电生物反馈治疗20次后,50%~86%的综合注意力商数和综合控制商数明显改善.治疗40次后,87%以上的综合注意力商数和综合控制商数转为正常,治疗后综合注意力商数和综合控制商数明显高于治疗前,有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 脑电生物反馈治疗儿童ADHD疗效显著,操作方便,安全有效,无副作用,值得临床进一步推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To explore clinical efficacy of EEG biofeedback on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods A total of 30 children who were diagnosed as ADHD were assessed with IVA - CPT ( integrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance Test), according to the scores of Full Scale Attention Quotient(FSAQ) and full scale response control quotient (FSRCQ) ,30 children were divided into 3 subtypes and treated with EEG biofeedback, compared scores of post-treatment with those of pre-treatment. Results After 20 times of EEG biofeedback training, FSAQ and FSRCQ scores of 50 - 86% children were improved ; Af- ter 40 times of EEG biofeedback training, FSAQ and FSRCQ scores of 87% children returned to normal, FSAQ and FSRCQ scores of post-treatment were significantly higher than those of pre-treatment ( P 〈 0. O1 ). Conclusion EEG biofeedback shows significant effect in treating ADHD, it has advantage of operating simple, safe and effective, and less side-effects,it is worth further popularization and application.
