帕利培酮合用艾司西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症阴性症状

目的 探讨帕利培酮合用艾司西酞普兰对精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和安全性.方法 将84例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组给于帕利培酮合用艾司西酞普兰治疗,对照组单用帕利培酮,疗程12周.于治疗前及治疗后第4、8、12周末用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效,采用副反应量表（TESS）评定副作用.结果 同组治疗前后比较：第4、8、12周末,研究组阴性因子分差异较治疗前有统计学意义（t =2.300,2.510,2.817；P＜0.05）,第8、12周末,对照组阴性因子分差异较治疗前有统计学意义（t =2.933,5.112;P ＜0.05）.两组比较：第4、8、12周末,研究组阴性因子分差异较对照组有统计学意义（t =2.300,2.510,2.817；P＜0.05）.研究组有效率为85.7％,对照组有效率64.3％,两组间有效率比较差异有统计学意义（x2 =4.29,P＜0.05）.TESS评分无显著差异.结论 采用帕利培酮合用艾司西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症阴性症状疗效确切,安全性好.

Paliperidone Combined with Escitalopram in Treatment of Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of paliperidone combined with escitalopram in treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 84 patients with predominantly negative symptoms of schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group and control group, study group to paliperidone combined escitalopram treatment, the control group only used paliperidone for 12 weeks. Before treatment and after treatment of 4,8,12 weekend, positive and negative symptoms scale（PANSS） was used to assess efficacy. The application of side reaction scale （TESS） assessment of side effects. Results After 4,8,12 weeks, the negative factor scores were significantly different from those before treatment （t = 2. 300,2. 510,2. 817;P 〈 0. 05 ）, in study group, After 8 and 12 weeks, negative factor scores was significantly different from those before treatment （ t = 2. 933,5. 112 ; P 〈 0. 05 ） in control group. After 4,8,12 weeks, there were significant differences in negative syorp toms betueen two groups, the study group negative factor difference compared with the control group had statistical significance （t = 2. 300,2. 510,2. 817 ;P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate was 85.7% in study group and 64.3 % in control group, there was a significant difference （X2 = 4. 29, p 〈 0.05 ）. There was no a significant difference in TESS score. Conclusion Paliperidone combined escitalopram is effective and safe in treatment of negative sympyloms of schizophrenia.
