齐刺配合循经辨证治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察齐刺针法配合循经辨证远道刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将106例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成治疗组55例,采用齐刺针法配合循经辨证远道刺法治疗;对照组51例,采用常规治疗,对治疗前后体征及疼痛的临床疗效进行对照观察。结果治疗组总有效率为98.2%,愈显率81.8%,对照组总有效率为84.3%,愈显率52.9%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论齐刺针法配合循经辨证远道刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症能提高疗效。

Observations on the Efficacy of Triple Needling plus Along-meridian Syndrome Differentiation in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of triple needling plus along-meridian syndrome differentiation in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods One hundred and six patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 55 cases receiving triple needling plus distant needling based on along-meridian syndrome differentiation and a control group of 51 cases receiving routine treatment.The pre-/post-treatment signs and the clinical therapeutic effects on the pain were compared.Results The total efficacy rate and the cure and marked efficacy rate were 98.2% and 81.8%,respectively,in the treatment group and 84.3% and 52.9%,respectively,in the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Triple needling plus distant needling based on along-meridian syndrome differentiation can improve the therapeutic effect.
