| 摘 要： | 目的:总结经皮桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)老年冠心病患者围手术期护理经验。方法:对经桡动脉行PCI78例老年冠心病患者加强护理和健康教育。结果:全组患者均顺利完成手术治疗,无1例出现并发症。结论:加强经桡动脉PCI老年冠心病患者围手术期护理,对提高手术成功率、减少并发症具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up the perioperative nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI. Methods: Strengthened essential nursing and health promotion were undertaken for all 78 elderly patients. Results: None complication was found in all patients who were treated by PCI. Conclusion: Perioperative nursing and health promotion are significant and effective in increasing successful rate of performance and reducing postoperative complication. |
