摘    要:目的:探讨护士心理资本水平对其工作投入状态的影响。方法:采用心理资本量表中文修订版和Utrecht工作投入量表中文版,对太原市4所三级甲等综合医院的663名护士进行心理资本与护士工作投入的问卷调查。结果:①护士工作投入总均分为(49.67±19.24)分;心理资本总均分为(87.47±14.06)分;②护士心理资本与工作投入呈显著正相关(P〈0.01);③回归分析结果显示,控制人口学变量后,进入回归方程的2个影响因素为希望、自我效能。结论:提升护士心理资本水平是提高护士工作投入状态的有效途径,护理管理者应采取有效措施提升护士心理资本水平,特别是希望与自我效能感,以提升护士工作投入状态,从而改善护理服务质量。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the potential relationship between psychological capital and work engagement among nurses. Methods: A total of 663 nurses from 4 ClaSs A tertiary general hospitals in Taiyuan were investigated with Chinese Version of Nurses' Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. Results: ① The mean score of work engagement was 49.67+19,24. The mean score of nurses' psychological capital was 87.47±14.06. ② There was significantly positive correlation between psychological capital and work engagement (P〈0.01). ③ Regression analysis showed that hope and self-efficacy entered the regression equation of working engagement after controlling demography variables. Conclusions: Improving nurses' psychological capital is an effective approach to enhance nurses' work engagement. Nursing managers should take appropriate measures to enhance nurses' psychological capital, especially their hope and self-efficacy, then to improve nursing service quality.
