常乐康联合消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿腹泻100例临床疗效观察

目的探讨常乐康联合消旋卡多曲在婴幼儿腹泻中的治疗效果。方法将我院2012年12月至2013年4月收治的100例腹泻的婴幼儿采用随机对照的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用常乐康治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用消旋卡多曲治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组显效20例,有效25例,总有效率为90.0%显著高于对照组的72.0%(P<0.05)。观察组的大便好转时间、退热时间、止泻时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常乐康联合消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿腹泻起效迅速,疗效较好,值得临床推广。

Curative Effect Observation of Changlekang Combined with Racemic Card of 100 Cases of Infantile Diarrhea Treated Tortuosum

Objective To investigate the changlekang combined with racecadotril in the treatment of infantile diarrhea in. Methods 100 cases of diarrhea in our hospital from 2012 December to 2013 April were infants using randomized controlled methods were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group, the control group with changlekang treatment, observation of racecadotril in the treatment of the group was based on the comparison of two groups, the treatment effect. Results 20 cases were markedly effective, effective in 25 cases, the total efficiency of 90%was significantly higher than that in control group 72%（P〈0.05）. The observation group shit better time, cooling time, antidiarrheal time was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Changlekang combined with racecadotril in the treatment of infantile diarrhea quick effect, good curative effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
