腔隙性脑梗死扩管治疗与扩管扩容联合治疗效果的比较

目的通过对腔隙性脑梗死扩管治疗与扩管扩容联合治疗疗效的比较,为临床提供合理的治疗方法。方法将82例腔隙性脑梗死患者分成两组,第一组使用两种血管扩张剂,第二组使用一种扩容剂和一种血管扩张剂,治疗后24 h和2周评定临床疗效。结果第2组神经功能缺损评分明显优于第1组,加重病例数少于第1组,临床疗效具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论急性腔隙性脑梗死扩管扩容联合治疗优于单用两种扩管药物。

Conclusion Flaring acute lacunar infarction expansion of combination therapy is superior to single drugs in two flaring.
