人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用120例分析

目的探讨并分析人性化护理在手术室护理中应用效果,评价其应用价值。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至2013年3月入住我院的120例手术治疗的患者,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者给予手术室常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加以人性化护理。对比分析两组患者对护理的满意程度及舒适度。结果对照组患者满意度为83.33%,观察组患者满意度为98.33%,两组对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理舒适度均优于对照组,两组对比差异具有显著性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中进行人性化护理,改善了手术室护理的质量,提高了患者满意度和手术的安全性,因此人性化护理在手术室护理中值得推广和应用。

Analysis the 120 Cases with Humanistic Nursing Care in the Operating Room Application

Objective Analysis and explore the effect of humanistic nursing care in the operating room, the evaluation of its value. Method Retrospective analysis of clinical data in our hospital 120 cases of surgical treatment of patients from March 2010 to March 2013. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group and 60 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with routine care in the operating room. The observation group patients were treated with humanistic care who were treated with the routine care in the operating room. Compare and analysis the two groups of patients＆#39; satisfaction and comfort of nursing. Results The patient satisfaction was 83.33%in the control group, while the patient satisfaction was 98.33%in the observation group. There are significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The comfort care in the observation group patients are better than in the control group. There are significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the operating room with humanistic care can improve the quality of operating room nursing. Improve patient satisfaction and safety of surgery. Therefore, the humanistic care should be promoted and applied in the operating room nursing.
